Job Title: Aviation Site Manager

Job Description: Daily administration and control of an aviation contract in West Africa representing the customer to the end client, and managing a professional aviation team.

Candidate Experience / Qualifications: The candidate must have the ability to work in remote and austere environments with a calm head and lead the team in a professional and positive manner. Ex EU Military is a must, ideally connected to aviation in some way, although not essential. Good communicative skills are essential with a good command of the English language, written and spoken, is essential. French or German language skills will be of an advantage. The key to the success of this position is in the ability to manage people and a methodical approach in challenging situations.
